Questions
What can Lucida make cards from?
A PDF, slides, a Word file, caption files, pictures, a recording, a YouTube link, pasted text or a topic you type. You check the new cards before they’re saved, and the deck keeps what they were made from.
How much can I make?
Free: 3 makes a day, each up to 30 pages, 15 minutes of recording or video, or 10 pictures. Pro: 30 a day, up to 300 pages, 2 hours or 50 pictures.
Do I need Pro for my AI to make cards?
No. On Free, your own AI app can make as many cards as you want through your Lucida link. Lucida’s own maker has the daily limits above.
What happens to my cards if I stop Pro?
Nothing. Every deck and card stays yours. Only the Pro extras switch off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings. Pro stays on until the end of the time you paid for.
What counts toward the 100 pictures and sounds?
Each picture or sound on a card. Text cards never count.
